Terms of Service

Simulated trading results are hypothetical, produced from historical replay with a spread model. They do not represent real trading, include no slippage/liquidity dynamics beyond the modeled spread, and are not indicative of future results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

A new verified account gets one free trial, of the plan the pricing page names, once per email. After it the app is paid: a plan runs for the number of days you bought and does not renew automatically. What each plan includes and costs is shown on the pricing page and may change; a purchase always keeps the days it bought. Buying the same plan again adds its days after the current end; switching to another plan starts it at once and turns the paid time left into extra days of the new plan. When the trial or a plan ends, the app is locked until you buy a plan — your account, buying a plan, support and the backup download stay open, and nothing on your device is deleted. Your synced data is kept on our server for 30 days after the end (the pricing page states the current period) and is then deleted.

Plans are bought from your account balance. You top up the balance with USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20, at least $10 per top-up, through a request that is open for 60 minutes; a transfer sent outside its request's window, with other cents than the request's code, or on another network or token may need a manual check or may be lost. Top-ups are final and never refunded, in whole or in part. The balance does not expire, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and only buys plans — by hand, never automatically. Deleting your account deletes the balance.

A promo code gives a discount on a NEW purchase and can never make one free (free access is granted as a manual license, not a code). Unless the code says otherwise: it works once per person, it cannot be combined with another code, it has no cash value, and it cannot be applied to an invoice that was already issued — including one that is still waiting for payment. We may deactivate a code at any time; a purchase already made keeps its discount. Codes are distributed by us directly and are not sold or valid when resold.

You may delete your account anytime (immediate access revocation; stored sync data hard-purges 30 days after deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where lawful.

The service is provided “as is” for educational personal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of this service. Nothing in these terms removes the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
