Billing
The app is paid software with a free trial. Your data stays yours either way: nothing on your device is ever deleted because a plan ended.
The trial and the plans
- Trial — 4 days of Pro, free, once per eligible verified email. No payment needed to start.
- Basic, Pro and Premium — each plan includes its own features, limits (charts per layout, saved layouts, indicators per chart, datasets, saved tests, alerts, sync storage) and the longest range one test may cover on each interval (anywhere in your data, however old). The pricing page compares them side by side. Every plan includes candle-by-candle replay, every drawing tool, order type and chart type, statistics and the journal.
- When the trial or a plan ends — the app locks until you choose a plan. Your account, buying a plan, support and the backup download stay open, and nothing on your device is deleted. A synced copy is kept on the server for 30 days after the plan ends, then deleted.
If something is not in your plan, the app says which plan includes it instead of failing silently.
Price and what the page shows
The pricing page renders from a published price snapshot with a revision number and an effective date, not from hand-typed numbers: the plans, their prices and what each includes all come from it. Both supported assets are USD-pegged USDT, so a price does not wobble with a conversion rate — but the network, the destination address and the confirmation target all depend on which one you pick.
Paying: your account balance
Plans are bought from an account balance. You top up the balance with USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20 (both USD-pegged), then choose a plan and a duration on the Plan & billing page of your account and pay from the balance.
- Buying the same plan again adds its days after the current end — renewing early loses nothing.
- Switching to another plan starts it at once, and the paid time left on your current plan becomes extra days of the new one. The page shows how many before you pay.
A top-up works like this:
- Read the terms. Top-ups are final and never refunded, the balance never expires, and deleting your account deletes the balance. You tick that you understand before anything else.
- Open a request. Pick the network; the page shows our address and a two-digit cents code (for example
.37). The request is open for 60 minutes. - Send any amount from $10 that ends in your code —
$10.37,$50.37,$100.37— inside those 60 minutes. - Wait a few minutes. A transfer whose cents match is found automatically; the window shows Waiting for your payment, then Found — confirming, then Credited.
If it does not show up after a few minutes — for example because an exchange took its fee out of the amount, so the cents changed — paste the transaction hash (TX ID) from your wallet. We read that transaction on the network and check that it sent USDT to our address, on the right network, inside your window, and was never used before. Anything that still does not match exactly — other cents, sent outside the window, under $10 — is not lost: it waits for a manual check, usually within a day, and you see it on the page as being checked.
Practical notes that prevent most support tickets:
- Send on the same network as the address. TRC-20 and BEP-20 addresses are not interchangeable; another network or another token is lost.
- Send inside the 60 minutes. After the window, open a new request — the old code no longer counts for new transfers.
- Keep the transaction hash — it is the proof of your payment and the only thing support needs.
Renewals, refunds, receipts
There is no auto-renew: a plan runs for the days you bought and ends, and buying the next period from your balance is always your own click. Top-ups are final and never refunded, which is why the trial exists and why the top-up window repeats the terms before it shows the address. Every movement of the balance and every purchase is listed on the account page; top-ups are also confirmed by email.
